Church Stretton, Shropshire

Shropshire hills

Starting in the historic market town of Church Stretton.

The route takes in wide open trails on the hill tops and footpaths of the surrounding countryside, all within the Shropshire Hills National Landscape, including the Long Mynd; the highest point on the route. 

We are currently finalising the routes and confirming permissions with landowners. We’ll share the provisional routes in due course, in advance of entries opening.

    Public transport: Church Stretton Railway Station 1.5km from event site. Church Stretton is approx. 1 hour - 1 hour 20 minutes drive / 1 hour 30 minutes train from Birmingham.
