    • Please fill in medical details on the back of your race number.

    • Registration opens at 8am and will close at 9am for the 50km courses and 10am for the 25km courses. Please do not leave it to the last minute to register, as there could be a queue.

    • Your race number will be emailed to you before the event, please make a note of it before getting to registration.

    • All runners will be required to show photo identification when registering.

  • 50km course:

    • Car park open - 7:30am

    • Mandatory registration & kit check - 8am - 9am

    • Flexible start - from 8:15am (if you anticipate taking 12+ hours to complete the course, we encourage taking advantage of a more flexible start time)

    • Race mass start – 9:30am

    25km course:

    • Car park open - 7:30am

    • Mandatory registration & kit check – 9am - 10am

    • At registration, you will be provided with a GPS Tracker. This will be attached to your running pack/vest/bumbag by our marshalls and must not be removed.

    • The GPS Tracking is primarily for safety management purposes, but we will provide a link for friends and family to watch your progress.

    • We will remove the GPS Tracker after you finish.

    • We recognise some participants may be uncomfortable about their name appearing in start lists and live GPS tracking. If you would like to appear anonymously in start lists and tracking, please contact us before making your entry and we will facilitate this via our entries and GPS tracking providers.

    • It is only possible to retire at the start, finish or at a support point.

    • In an emergency, our professional event predominantly female Response Team will assist participants whilst they are on the course.

    • You can leave any kit/bags with us while you are running. Please leave these at the designated location at registration. A marshal will remain with the bags for security whilst you run. Please do not leave kit anywhere else.

    • A label with your name and race number must be attached to the bag – there will be labels at registration if you have not been able to do this in advance.

    • All kit must be in a bag that can be closed, e.g. rucksack, drawstring shoe bag, zipped bag etc. Do not leave anything in loose mesh side pockets.

    • You can only retrieve your bag on the production of your race number.

    • Women only toilets will be available at registration / start, support points and finish. Free sanitary products will be available at all locations.

    • Changing spaces will be available for participants at the start and finish of each race.

    • We will allow runners aged 16 - 17 to take part in the 25km races, but only under supervision of an adult for the duration of the course.

We only ask for a small administration fee to secure your spot (you do not need to pay for your race place), then ask you to raise a minimum achievable fundraising amount to support the work that SheRACES does.

We will give all our fundraisers plenty of support, including access to a private chat group with our team and the other fundraisers, as well as other exclusive perks.

    Registration Fee: £10

    Target Fundraising Amount: £250

  • Full Terms and Conditions are here: 2025 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Each participant must agree to the following participant declaration when completing the entry form:

You agree that you have made a realistic assessment of your capabilities and are undertaking a course which best reflects your running or hiking skills and fitness. You will be prepared for the worst possible weather conditions. You agree that although the organisers will ensure that the event is as safe as possible, your safety is ultimately your own personal responsibility, just as it is with any trail running or hiking.

You accept full responsibility for your own safety and any injury sustained during the event. These are not the responsibility of the event organiser, their agents or the landowners. You know your limitations and are experienced enough to make a reasoned decision whether to not start the event or to retire from the event rather than jeopardise your own or other people’s safety.

Key Information

Kit Requirements

Exceptional Weather Kit

We are being more prescriptive about the clothing and equipment that we mandate that participants carry in the event of exceptionally cold and/or wet weather. When notified, these additional items must be carried in addition to the standard mandatory kit, and are included on the downloadable checklist linked above.

We will notify participants at registration whether they will need to carry this kit with them or not. Therefore, participants must bring their ‘Cold Weather Kit’ to registration and be ready to carry it in their running rucksack.
